ProgramScope is the product of over twelve years of hands-on development in support of challenging Program Management requirements in multiple "real-world" infrastructure deployments. During the course of this development, the ProgramScope Team has worked on projects that have taken them from the remote areas of South America to the American Heartland. Although the geographies have varied dramatically, there are fundamental Program Management concepts that transcend locale, industry and technology.
